Did I just hear Helmut Flaag lick his chops?

If you only knew the courage it takes to refrain.

Timely choice of metaphor however. Were you inspired by that lone wolf they found yesterday roaming the barren northlands down some lost highway? Mouth snared and torn shut in search of food he could only smell, and water barely taste, waiting for a sheriff's bullet to lay him to waste. As his life shot before his eyes of when he was a pup, he must've known the jig was up. All in all his thoughts were pure, maybe death would be his cure.

The Crossing, by McCarthy. Because you'll never understand the man.
