Duluth Architect Recommendations

In the unlikely event that you have previously hired and worked with an architect on a commercial property in Duluth, we would like to hear from you.

We are in the design phases of a new business in Lincoln Park. The entire process is new to us, and we would like to hear your stories, advice, and recommendations.

How do we find a good fit? How do we choose a firm? How do we know we are paying a fair price and not buying unnecessary services?

If you know an architect or firm that would be interested in working with us — perhaps one that understands the spirit of collaboration and mutual benefit based around minimizing costs to an exciting, local, small but self-funded enterprise — please send them our way.

We can be reached through our Facebook page, or at borealkitchen (at) gmail (dot) com.

Thanks so much!

I would be quite happy to be considered. You should have no trouble finding a local architect for this.

I have recently been touring some west end buildings and I think that is going to be a lot of fun to work on one. I have worked on the reuse of many older buildings in the past and I have enjoyed it a lot, even the code challenges.
