The third annual Veterans’ Expo takes place at UWS, Tucker the Turtle makes a stop at the Superior Public Library to help kids learn to cope with life’s frustrations, the annual Taste of the North fundraiser happens at Superior Shores, the scientist who coined the term “dark energy” gives a virtual presentation at Alworth Planetarium, the Denfeld Alumni Association holds its 4th annual beer and wine tasting, a Community Baby Shower takes place at WITC, there’s stand-up comedy at Dubh Linn Irish Pub and Fairlawn Mansion is offering half-price tours for Mother’s Day on Sunday.
