It looks like the Duluth Trading Company did actually begin in Duluth, MN. I figured they were just trying to cash in on Duluth Pack; guess not.

So you are saying that once a company moves, it is required to change its name? I don't get that logic. They were the only "local" company to step up and sponsor Make TV for PBS. They even gave the producers DTC shop coats to give as gifts to the people who got profiled in the series (and I am one of those lucky souls).

I really miss the Mount Horeb Mustard Museum.

Maybe they will open their second store in Hermantown.
