I thought it was pretty funny. Also I'm sure it makes the Clinton's feel better since all the rest of the media is out to get them. Because I think SNL also did a skit that night poking fun about the media loving Obama so much. Although the fact that this Hillary lovefest was on NBC kind of blows a hole in the theory about MSNBC hating her guts. Wouldn't their content be controlled by the same Hillary-hating bigwig?

Actually, in my case, it's just true. So far the only political ads I've seen were the ones I've sought out on the net. Same in 2006.

The thing is, I enjoy good TV. I just find watching it on the schedule when it's broadcast with 17 minutes of adverts per hour is just not how I want to structure my time.

So I watch series either online or via netflix now.

It's because so many people watch it and make references to it. A non-watcher often has no idea WTF people are talking about and end up having to explain why.

I got a DVD player for Christmas and I haven't taken it out of the box. I really like movies, but alas, I have way too many books to read (for school mind you, not of my own choosing) and I download most of the movies I watch anyway. Seriously though, if a DVR changed my life, in a manner that was remarkable enough to talk about, I would seriously consider getting rid of it and spending some time with people that actually exist.
