Hey everyone! Just wanted to send out a message concerning the return of the Diorama-rama. It is happening again and I hope that people out there are interested in creating some new dioramas. For those of you who don't know, a diorama is a box with a scene in it. Ususally they are constructed in grade school using shoe boxes. In this case you can make your diorama however you like.

The lowdown on participating: this event is open to anyone who wishes to make a diorama. I am asking that people get their dioramas to me the two evenings beforehand or the afternoon of to make setting up easier. I live at Emerson so it makes it convenient for people to get their work to me. That does not mean that people cannot just show up with one--that is ok too. There are no size restrictions, no themes, no real rules at all. One thing to keep in mind is the dearth of outlets in the gym. If you want to light up your diorama--which is encouraged--think about one of those little battery packs they sell at any hardware store. The lighting in the gym kind of stinks, but hopefully we'll figure something out by then. Hope to see you there!
