Bike

I need one of those, too. A cheap one. Really cheap. And big enough for a tall person. Unload it here.

Go out to the WLSSD materials recovery center off of Rice Lake road (you might need to get your new car first))
They have a bunch of bikes out there and I'm pretty sure they're free. I think you could piece something together from what's there if you're relatively handy.

brynn @ boreal's got inesxpensive rides...double gauntlet

There aren't enough thwarters around here.

And thanks for the bike tips.

I'm attempting the first drunklet. Here it goes.

I bought a bike for seven dollars once. Just sayin'.

If memory serves, it was at a bike swap at spirit mtn. Something about unpaid repair bills. You might try calling local bike shops, see if they have any orphans cluttering their backroom.

Oh and that seven dollar bike? It was like a flea market monkey paw- cursed for sure. I feel I have overpaid for everything since.

OK. Now I'm serious. The drunklet is ON.

I've got a bike.
You can ride it if you like.
It's got a basket, a bell that rings,
and things to make it look good.
I'd give it to you if I could, but I borrowed it.

You're the kind of girl that fits in with my world.
I'll give you anything, everything, if you want things.

I've got a cloak, it's a bit of a joke.
There's a tear up the front, it's red and black,
I've had it for months.
If you think it could look good then I guess it should.

I know a mouse and he hasn't got a house.
I don't know why I call him Gerald.
He's getting rather old but he's a good mouse.

I've got a clan of gingerbread men.
Here a man, there a man, lots of gingerbread men.
Take a couple if you wish, they're on the dish.

I know a room of musical tunes.
Some rhyme, some ching, most of them are clockwork.

Let's go into the other room and make them work.

My friend Joe just opened up his garage as a bike collective/skill share thing. He posted his open shop hours in the Transistor. He probably has a bike you can have.

I have a free mountain bike for you but it might be too small. It's pretty nice. You'll have to check it out, though. I also have another - a blue Schwinn 27" ten speed. Just needs a seat. Email me at cmcshane@aerostich if you're interested. Contact me as soon as you can. I'm moving this weekend and if I don't hear from you, they'll be going to the curb with a "Free" sign on them. Probably won't sit for more than a couple hours.

Sorry - that was suppose to be [email protected]
