That is the thing, it is in my head and I knew the general area it was in, but nothing matches. 

Granted, I am kinda cheating by double-checking google maps to see building facades...

My first thought was either the wall by Central Sales, or the wall by that dental office near McDonalds, but neither match up.

I think I've got this one. I'm pretty sure its on the backside of the Spirit Valley strip mall, (I'm sure there's an actual name for it that I'm blanking) facing the interstate, somewhere near the door to what used to be Washboard Laundromat.

Chad S. has it! It's the rear of the Spirit Valley Shopping Center. I think this parking spot in particular is associated with Lake Superior Physical Therapy.
