Low — The Invisible Way album trailer

There’s a new Low album coming out on March 19. It’s not titled Exceptional Peaches, and it’s hard to know how they resisted that urge and went with The Invisible Way, but that’s really no matter.

The album was produced by Wilco’s Jeff Tweedy, engineered by Tom Schick and recorded in Wilco’s studio, the Loft in Chicago.

Low also has a new six-song digital live set called Plays Nice Places that includes a new track called “Waiting” and a version of “Words” featuring Death Cab for Cutie’s Benjamin Gibbard on bass and vocals. The songs were recorded at various historic theaters during the Low’s April tour with DCFC. (The link to download this album goes to a general Low page on Sub Pop Records’ site. Scroll down a bit and find it under the “Listen” header in the middle/right column.)
