Yeah, that clearly appears to be Jim Carlson. Some of the paintings in the gallery have price tags, but this one does not, which leads me to believe it is not for sale.
It is a pretty decent depiction. Although if he wanted to capture the true spirit of the crowd, he’d show some poor toddler in a stroller outside in a snowstorm.
