Where in Duluth?

This episode of Where in Duluth? might be a little tricky, but I decided to add it because 1) it is on a building that faces a heavily-travelled street, and 2) it also is a perfect example of a building anomaly found in this awesome webcomic: Subnormality
That would be 4th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues East.
Looks like the building right next to Sacred Heart.
Wow, Johnbeargrease got it right away. I thought a “random building handle” would have made a few people scratch their heads.
ABE Environmental Systems building.
I’d never noticed the handle. The building’s facade is quite distinctive and that’s what gave it away.
