Is that the gas station in Lakeside?
That’s downtown walking down some avenue! Don’t remember exactly which, but I saw it the other day walking to Rogue Robot comics, heh.
Excuse Me Princess is vaguely correct. I wouldn’t go so far as to say this one is solved, however, until a more precise answer is given.
Isn’t that Third Avenue West and Superior Street? The avenue connected to Holiday Inn?

Oh man! I would’ve sworn it was on that bridge over the highway by like 17th east…the one to the lakewalk. That poor bridge is always graffiti’ed within an inch of its life.
