I’m worried. We didn’t have any damage at my home in Woodland, but Mom (in Kenwood) had 18″ of standing water that damaged her furnace, washer, dryer and freezer (not to mention all the walboard and carpeting). She lives on Social Security and a tiny pension. How is she going to replace this stuff? And there are indviduals who suffered more damage also living on fixed incomes! I know that the Governor is appealing the FEMA findings and hope they reverse their decision.

And where the hell is Cravaack? Oberstar would’ve been all over this.
Klobuchar, Franken and Cravaack support appeal of FEMA flood aid rejection
I am guessing that if Minnesota was a swing state in the next election we would have received the FEMA Flood Aid.
