Duluth Landscaper Recommendations

I know we all tend to be DIYers when it comes to the yard, but I am in need of some vision and major revision. Tile, dirt, no-grass front lawn, shoring up the fence. Any suggestions on a good all-around scaper in the area? Thanks.

Last fall I hired Jon Flaa.  He owns Yardworks of Duluth.  He did great work removing some trees and overgrown shrubs.  Not sure if he does tiling, but he is a very hard worker, and was very reasonable.  He is a teacher at Duluth East and does this side job during off hours and summers.
