It’s off East 11th St. below Skyline Parkway in the vicinity of the Coppertop Church. There some nice little waterfalls, more like cascades, back there too! …and I don’t even live in Duluth anymore!
OK, here’s my third attempt to post a freakin’ reply on PDD: Griz got it right. It’s behind the former radiator shop--now a tattoo/auto paint shop--on Sixth Ave as it curves up to become Central Entrance. I’m guessing the creek must be Brewery Creek.

Boy that looks like Chester Bowl, but my dogs and I have never seen this while walking through the Bowl, so…I’m probably way off.
