Lower Chester will be up and running this winter with ice!  We have gotten approval at Monday’s city council meeting for a lease by Neighbors of Lower Chester Park. We had our second annual picnic/play day Sept. 10 and are now having a spaghetti dinner fundraiser at Chester Park United Methodist Church from 4-6 p.m. on October 8. Please come and support the youth of Duluth so there can be year-round activities in this park again. Tickets can be obtained ahead of time by calling 724-7667.
