Lor Tab, if you are referring to a maximum age to apply, there is actually no ceiling for age. You can visit http://www.lisc.org/section/ourwork/national/americorps/apply to learn more about LISC Americorps. The only age requirement is that you are over 17 years of age.

There have been a number of updates to Americorps service benefits and requirements. This would include the ability to "gift" your education award to a son/daughter or grandson/ granddaughter. To transfer an award, the transferring individual must have been at least 55 years of age before beginning the term of service; begun the term on or after October 1, 2009; transferred the award before its expiration date; and earned the award in an AmeriCorps State or National Program.
