Am I alone?

I’ve heard a lot of folk rag on the sitcom Roseanne. I like the show. I say “Lie” to the haters.

Wow... How very topical.

I don't know what they're talking about. The first five seasons of Roseanne are wonderful. Great characters, actors, stories, etc. Those first five seasons have chemistry. After season five it got worse and worse as time went on. That chemistry was lost. I think Roseanne went from being fun to bitchy.

I didn't notice a lot of folk rag on Roseanne. I mostly heard blues, but I may not have been paying attention.

I watched it back in the day. Good characters and writing. But yeah, they jumped the shark and kept on going. I didn't realize it was still on and saw an episode where the family had won the lottery? Weird.

Why are we talking about this? any reason in particular? or slow news day?

Agreed - the first five seasons were great. After that, it started sliding downhill, until it died a spectacularly ridiculous death in the last season. And that series finale...wow. One of the most bizarre ever.

I'd rather watch an endless loop of "BJ & The Bear" than one episode of Rosanne.

"BJ & The Bear" was a great show.
