I don’t think this is a band T-shirt, but I did think it was notable. (BoyGirlBoyGirl is a Duluth band that included both Nelson brothers.) This is obviously at Wal-mart.
What is this teaching young girls?
Is there something equivalent in the boys section? And if there is, I bet it receives a lot more criticism than this one will.
I think this is the same company that made the ‘boys are stupid, throw rocks at them T-shirt’ which got a lot of press a couple years ago.
I do not support this shirt or double-standard conduct in any way. I just realized the link between the Nelsons’ band ‘Boy Girl Boy Girl’.
I 100% Agree, a huge double standard that has somewhere along the lines become acceptable. I do think anything goes for humor but, to me, this is flat out sexist.
I hate this kind of crap.
Well at least they made the girl look incredibly stupid. Or something.
