basement of St. Ann’s Sr. Residence has a very display of pictures (or at least did a few years ago when my dad lived there). In the patio room and the hall nearby.

I've long been entertained that they picked Duluth of all places for that feature. I think this article is useful reading alongside the 1870 photo: "THE LAKE SUPERIOR RAILROAD.; Arrival of the Inauguration Excursion at Duluth--The City and Its Surroundings--Its Present Appearance and Its Future Glory--Revolution in the Carrying Trade of the North-West."
