However, there are only a handful of Duluth-based restaurants that I care to eat at. Hooters is pretty lame (as are most of the chain restaurants) but they do have a good fish sandwich. The menus are too close to identical for that to make any business sense. I also don't see a Hooter's drawing that well, either. She told me they said they are looking at opening in the remaining square footage space of the old Gander Mountain building, next to the new Buffalo Wild Wings...we shall see!
