		<description>This program is such a gem.  I was the recipient of free gear for my first year or two of skiing back in the mid-80s.  Without this, there is no way my family could have afforded to outfit us kids with all the required gear and access to a hill.
The place isn&#039;t quite the same with the chairlift instead of the ol&#039; tow rope, but it is still very worthwhile.  I&#039;m glad that the CBIC has continued to keep this going with all of the city budget issues.</description>
