I already saw Evil Dead, so won't add a guess. However, I will add that Halloween is a very safe holiday for kids, and that the number of kids severely injured or killed by strangers handing out tainted treats is 0.
So feel free to let your family run around and take unwrapped food from strangers, though I would avoid Paul's house just as a good safety precaution (probably good advice in general...).

Oh my!  I guessed "none" because I thought (before I saw Bad Cat's reply) that the biggest myth of all is the razor blade in the apple.  Not only is the razor blade not hidden in this apple, I convinced myself it was photoshopped, as well.

Oh hell ya, it's totally worth it to walk down to my house! I give away tons of cool Halloween stuff (and have cool/spooky spider webs)!

I gave out nickels one year, because I forgot it was Halloween and that's all I had. I am lucky my house didn't get egged.
