Question: Why do people frequently spell LOW in all caps? (I’m not talking about the poster by the way — I mean in normal text.) I just think it’s odd.
Did Cord do this poster? It looks reminiscent of the one held at the NorShor in November of 1998 (with the skeleton of the dodo bird).
