Please, take my hostas…
By tamara on May 11, 2009 in Uncategorized
I have three dug-up clumps of hostas (still clumped in the dirt) and four not-dug-up-yet clumps. Whoever wants them can take them. I will make you homemade Brownies if you dig up the not-dug-up-yet clumps. I hate them, but I don’t want to kill them so really, you’d be doing me and the plants a favor.

Drop me an email, I might have a home for them.

Homemade brownies or “homemade brownies?”
Tim, I shall drop you an email.
Paul, homemade brownies = homemade brownies, as in, “not from a box.”
I’d be interested. Where are you at (about)? I’m newish in town so be kinda specific/whatever you’re comfortable with. How deep are these roots that you don’t want to dig them up?
I would be interested in the bluish kind. Drop me an email. I would be happy to dig them up.

Just in case the other 5 didn’t come through, I’m your hosta friend. I will take them all and give them good homes and I will dig up the others too.

I recovered all but two this afternoon. I’m sure your neighbors had a good laugh when I tumbled backwards down the strip between the sidewalk and the street and landed in the only big mud puddle on 10th Street. Thanks for the deer food and memories!
