  3. So I went looking at iPhones on Monday, just for fun, and I was impressed, but I was also impressed with the fact that I’d be adding another $30 a month on my phone bill + SMS if I used that + $14.95 hardware insurance if chose to do that.

My question is, is it worth it? Is it $50 a month worth of happiness?

  4. No. It is not worth it. That said it is totally worth it. I use the shit out of my phone. Some would say too much.

  5. I broke down and got an iphone a couple months ago on a whim. I was nervous/regretful at first thinking I’ve just decided to waste so much money for the next two years but I was completely wrong. I use it so much for so many things and am happy each month when I make that payment. I would recommend it to anyone even thinking about getting one.

  7. Wait. Does the iPhone have a tripod mount? Did you stand in one place for an hour? Or did you prop the phone in your window or something?

  8. I just got the iPhone last night and I am way impressed by how cool it is, but every time i try to download, say, Facebook or Pandora, it tells me I need an iTunes store password. Do I?
    Help!

  9. Barrett- No tripod mount. I leaned it up against the window.

Tamara- you need an iTunes account even for free apps.

  12. Yesterday I had to use my Blackberry to google “how to reboot an iPhone”. My colleague was SOL when his iPhone just decided to lock up.
    Hooray for Blackberry!
